I visited Dr. Soto’s facility on Monday, October 28, 2024, for a general cleaning and received way more than I expected. The office staff were all so welcoming, from the check-in process to the actual services. The facility was extremely clean and presentable. I have never experienced such a thorough cleaning before in my life. The hygienist who serviced me was very knowledgeable and gentle, constantly checking in to make sure I was comfortable. The X-ray technician was also extremely caring and knowledgeable. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Thank you, Dr. Soto and staff, for making my appointment unforgettable! -Carlyca

One Stop Dental needs. Nowadays most dentists send you here and there for various Dental work.This office treats everything! Root canal, crowns, invisaligns, cosmetic, whitening. And so much more. AND they do it with great care and comfort And For the scaredy-cats they do sedation dentistry. But personally, with Dr Soto and Adela Is amazing. She is so gentle and patient! It is not necessary. I've been to several dentists since moving to South FL. Never have I encountered such wonderful care and treatment. I'm very grateful to my friend who recommended them. In one short visit Dr Soto addressed all my Dental needs with state of the arts equipment and imaging. I'm so looking forward to our game plan!

I simply cannot express how wonderful Dr Soto and his entire staff treat me. I used to be so afraid of a dentist to the point of where I needed to be knocked out just to have my teeth cleaned! After less than a year of seeing Dr. Soto and his staff, I’m happy to report that I have now had my teeth cleaned twice without needing to be knocked out! Where do I even begin? From the welcoming staff- to its atmosphere- down to Dr Soto himself, it’s absolute perfection. They do everything in house and don’t send you off to a third party. There’s a reason why my entire family will always be in his care. While dentistry can be known as cumbersome and unpleasant, Dr Soto and his entire staff do an amazing job at making my family and myself feel as comfortable as possible.

Dr. Soto provided a thorough initial consultation at no charge. He explained exactly how the procedure, that I needed, would be done. He said, if needed, they would do x-rays at this consultation, but it wasn't needed. The quote was a bit expensive, I thought, but I understand that some dentists quote low, then, when they get you in there, they tell you it will cost more. So, maybe Dr. Soto is more honest/realistic about the price up front. I am getting a few quotes, so I haven't decided yet, but I would definitely feel comfortable with this dentist.

Dr Soto has created such a warm and friendly atmosphere I now do not get anxious before my appointments. I was a little skeptical when I was greeted by a new dental hygienist. But Arelis was gentle, kind, and thorough. She also gave me tips on correct brushing, flossing and water pick techniques. I look forward to seeing the friendly staff again in 4 months.

Well on Saturday my crown fell off my tooth, so I obviously contacted my dentist in Tampa and after discussing with my dentist he recommended I find a dentist to go to close to where I live and have dentist cement crown back on tooth. So now I am nervous about going to a new dentist, as I definitely don’t want to go somewhere that will try to take advantage of the situation and start telling me things that are wrong with tooth and/or the crown to make money on my first time visit. Well I found Dr. Soto on Google and read the reviews which were very positive. I called to see if they could get me in today for an appointment. I spoke with Megan on the phone and she was very pleasant and was able to schedule an appointment today at noon and quoted $100 for exam and cement crown on tooth which I thought was reasonable then they could submit to my insurance. I arrived at my scheduled appointment and the front office personnel was very professional and pleasant during my check in. I didn’t wait long and was brought into exam room where Dr. Soto examined the tooth and crown then said everything looks good and he will cement crown back on tooth at no charge today! What a nice surprise and it definitely shows he was not in it for the money and took care of me today. I am so grateful for finding Dr. Soto and his amazing staff. If I ever need to go to dentist in Plantation I will definitely go see Dr. Soto!!!! Thank you!

I went to Dr. Soto’s office very reluctantly, as I have a terrible fear of the dentist; which has contributed to the current state of my dental health, unfortunately. I was in terrible pain, I made the appointment and I am so happy I did! What an incredibly empathetic, professional, and efficient team. Dr. Soto made me feel very comfortable, he agreed IV sedation for my procedure was the best course of action for my particular dental issues and I cannot thank him enough, he is an amazing doctor! I woke up to a very soothing team by my side, I want to thank every single person in the office, the hygienist that reassured me countless times, Jessica for answering my many questions; and so compassionately reassuring me. Also Megan for checking on me over the weekend. You are truly an amazing practice. Also a special thank you for my edible arrangements, what a sweet gesture, thank you all! My wife and I have both had the pleasure of having dental work performed by Dr. Soto everything from simple cleanings and more extensive work such as implants. All of the staff has always been very professional and helpful especially Jennifer she is very caring and she has always gone out of her way to make sure we have had the best experience possible. To review Doctor Soto, it’s not what I could say wrong, but how I have to limit myself to what he has done right. I had suffered NUMEROUS serious dental problems from age 5 to age 45. Major dental disorders, braces for 10 years total, my list is painful. I have been to dozens of dentists (yes, dozens). In desperation, when living up north, I went to Harvard Dental School, and had a team of their teachers and even the Dean of Periodontology work for over a year to try to fix me. They made me WORSE! Greatest school (supposedly) in the nation, couldn’t fix me! By this time, all the typical fears we have of going to the dentist, in me they were exponentially raised to a psychotic level. Pain, bad doctors, failed procedures, constant oral deterioration with no end in sight. When I moved to SoFlo, my brother recommended his dentist, Doctor Ernie Soto. Great, another dental quack. However, I will try. Let me tell you, if ever there is a dental heaven, it is Doc Soto’s office. First visit, he viewed my mouth, saw the vast amount of issues, and immediately came up with a plan to save my mouth, and quite literally to save my very mental health as well. This ongoing dental fiasco was really causing me to feel run down. When you have no hope in sight, it makes one degrade. I went through multiple surgeries, all under fantastic dental sedation done very well (When Harvard did it, I kept waking up during it, with blood all over the place). My mouth eventually was put to a state where I have dental health for the first time since I was 5 years old. No more daily throbbing pain, no more constant procedures. Past a couple root canals, also done under dental sedation (Thank the good lord for dental sedation), my mouth is normal. My teeth are beautiful, easy to maintain, I eat normal finally. I actually can also smile for the first time in decades! From Jenny and all the fantastic dental assistants who assist Doc Soto, to Jennifer and the front desk crew welcoming you in, to Shannon the dental hygienist who cleans your teeth very gently, everyone surrounding Doc Soto just makes his office a place that one can literally call “A Safe Zone”. Any adult, any child, anyone can walk in, have Doc Soto check you out, give you a safe, proper, thorough status that is medically sound, procedures that can literally be pain free, and you can trust it. That speaks volumes to what I have experienced in my life with the dozens of quacks I have experienced. DOZENS!! I know this review sounds too gushing. Was it done by someone in his family masquerading as a patient? Did he give me free work in exchange for this? No on both. I’m just someone who was swirling the dental drain and finally someone could fix me. For this, Doc Soto has my eternal gratitude.

Anyone who knows me well knows that I am traumatized when it comes to the dentist. I mean to the point that even talking to anyone in the dental office on the phone makes my palms sweat, stomach turn and anxiety immediately set in, well I have to say that I think I have found the perfect dentist and team for me. I was sedated and had dental work done this past Tuesday which was scheduled for two weeks prior but because I caught a cold and was going to be sedated it was rescheduled as they didn’t feel it was in my best interest to be sedated since I would have to be given oxygen while I was all stuffy. I have to tell you guys that on my first visit I was comfortable with everyone of the staff I came in contact with, two days after I was extremely impressed when I received a hand written thank you card in the mail, I mean who, what doctor does that now a days? But than to my surprise two days after surgery I receive a phone call from someone trying to verify my address because they had to deliver a cake from the dentist to my home. I’m not going to lie I thought someone was planking me, talk about a personal touch. Some people that heard that joked “oh that’s so you can get more cavities and continue to go back” lol. I think I either my dentist knows how to keep his patients happy or has a hell of an amazing office manager! I have had other surgeries and have never received anything this office kept in touch with me throughout the whole process! I love the level of care this office has provided beyond expectations for sure!

I had a dental emergency for a wisdom tooth extraction (that already had a crown). The staff was caring, friendly and helpful. Dr. Soto was about the nicest dentist I've met and took time to explain the sedation process (which was the reason I selected them) and how recovery would go. I was able to be completely taken care of by the end of the morning. It felt like being taken care of by family. Highly recommend the entire office. Great experience, considering I was there for the reason I was.

I love getting my cleanings with Arelis Perez, she does such a wonderful job and is gentle and effective at the same time. She has such good hands, I can relax in the chair and makes getting a cleaning a relaxing, pleasant experience. My teeth feel so clean and fresh every time after cleaning. Dr. Soto is also excellent and everyone at the office is friendly, warm and attentive. I highly recommend this dental office.
I cannot stress enough how comfortable was my visit to Dr. Soto's office. As a new patient I was greeted with politeness and smiling faces (you could tell even when they were all using masks). Dr. Ernie Soto is very calm, friendly and very honest as I was offered what I needed. The staff composed of Jessica Lynnette, Jennifer, Megan, Diana have all a soothing tone of voice when speaking making me look forward in speaking to the whole staff again. Both English and Spanish are spoken making it a plus. Arelis did my basic cleaning perfectly with some suggestions of how to improve my denture hygiene procedure and also has a YouTube video on how to do so. The office was clean, neat and well designed with a nicest view I've seen yet. Every precaution for social distancing is taken into account giving a refreshing feeling of health safety. In conclusion, my best recommendation for a dental office anywhere around. Unless they retire from service I will never go back to anyone else. Five stars hands down.
Dr. Soto is the best. His staff lead by Jennifer are outstanding. When I was introduced to Dr. Soto over 6 years ago Jennifer took great care in carefully walking through each step of the process. I had A LOT of work done including a lower front bridge and many crowns. My teeth look perfect and more importantly work better than ever. Dr. Ernie Soto is beyond compare in so many areas! In my personal opinion and from experience, he is the best of the best. I had an issue with a previous dentist that caused me so much pain at the worst time imaginable. Dr. Ernie Soto came to my rescue! He also makes it comfortable and the least painful process! You know you’re in good hands when every single one of his staff is kind and compassionate, especially for those who are scared or get anxious anytime they think of the word, dentist. If you need a cleaning, I highly recommend Arelis Perez! She made me feel so at ease even in the midst of a cleaning. I’m not even that afraid to come back because she’s so sweet! I have been going to Dr Soto's office for as long as I can remember. The staff and Dr Soto are very kind and attentive. When I went for my cleaning a few days ago, Arelis was very helpful with checking some gum pain I had and explaining brushing techniques that could help. Highly recommend and could not imagine going to another dentist.

I had my teeth cleaned today and Arelis the hygienist did an exceptional job and has a wonderful personality. The staff of Dr. Soto is excellent. My favorite in his office is Aileen and I just can't say enough good things about her. When I had all new crowns done Aileen was understanding and totally comforting throughout my procedure and she kept me relaxed and at ease which is not easy to do. My prior dentist is approaching retirement and I feel so fortunate to have been referred to Dr. Soto. I only wish I would have found him sooner. Jessica & Briana at the front desk are also a pleasure to be around. My husband and son are now also patients of Dr. Soto and they love him too.

Most people fear the dentist, I am one who has always hated to go. Finding Dr. Soto years ago has changed my opinion. I love that I can be sedated and not feel the pain or experience the fear. I HATED,HATED DENTIST! I am the biggest baby when it comes to dentist,the thought of going use to be terrifying to me until i met Dr Soto and his staff. The level of care and professionalism exhibited by the entire team is awesome. They are all absolutely amazing and the atmosphere is so warm and friendly,they make you feel at home.
I am one of those total dental phobic people that experience true physical reactions when entering a dental office. My blood pressure rises, my hands sweat, my heart races, and so on. I need a true dental emergency to usually get me to enter the doors of a dentist office. Just the smell starts the reaction. Because of this I sought out sedation dentistry and came across Dr. Soto‘s office. It was so comforting visiting their office they made sure that I was comfortable and at ease every single step of the way. From the caring and capable staff, including Adela (darling), to the lovely ladies at the front desk (Jennifer, hi) the EMT guys administering the sedation (shout out to Ralph who is so amazing and caring), to the head chief and captain steering the ship, Dr. Soto, this is an amazing team of professionals. I walk in and am always greeted with smiles and genuine concern. I have never waited longer than a few minutes and Dr Soto is never far behind to greet me. And he truly takes an interest in how I’m doing in general and actually remembers personal info about things we have discussed unrelated to dental issues. All the staff I saw my last visit are still there which is a testament to being happy where you work. That’s a testament to how Dr. Soto runs his office. I would recommend this office to anyone without an ounce of hesitation.
Being sedated for extensive dental work is the only way to go. Dr Soto is the best! I had my second sedation yesterday to remove two broken wisdom teeth where I also had abscesses. I was treated with antibiotics first, then sedated to remove both teeth. It was a great experience! I had no knowledge of what was going on. I slept for hours after and again the whole night. I have no swelling, no pain!
I’m quite sure this is the first review I’ve ever left in my life, however there is no doctor or office more deserving. Dr.Soto and his staff were recommended to me by a family friend, and I can definitely confirm it is the best referral i’ve ever received. I am someone who has never had good teeth, and I compounded the problem by neglecting to go to the dentist for many years. Needless to say, I had many issues that needed to be addressed, and I spent years consumed with dread about having to confront them. I fantasized daily about a place where I could go in one day and walk out with a brand new healthy and attractive smile. Dr. Soto and his staff made that happen comfortably and conveniently!! Dr. Soto is extremely good-natured and compassionate to those such as myself with dental phobias, but just as importantly he is incredibly talented and skilled. I required multi-faceted and complex reconstructive work, essentially a “smile makeover”. In only a couple visits, I walked out of Dr. Soto’s office with a 100% improved smile, and stunningly in little to no pain or discomfort. My experience with this office so far has been amazing, and Dr. Soto has truly changed my life. If you are searching for a great dental practice, and/or if you’re like I was and feeling hopeless about your dental appearance/health, don’t even think twice about where to go. Today, I had two crowns put in. Never had crowns prior, the experience in the chair was painless. Dr. Soto and his technicians are terrific. Atmosphere is relaxing. Office is not freezing cold. All of the administrative staff is informative, professional and pleasant. Overall, LOVE the dentist and all the wonderful staff that surrounds.
Dr Soto had recommended Invisalign for my teeth. As an adult, I was happy to not have to get metal braces to help with my TMJ. The process for ordering was painless. The doctor and staff made molds of my teeth and then a week later I had my aligners. I have noticed a big difference in my teeth in only 3 weeks. The best part is I am not having jaw pain. Excellent experience. Never a regular person at the dentist, I was a bit at a loss when I badly chipped my front tooth. Then I remembered hearing good things over the years about Dr Soto. I walked in at 9 a.m. without even a prior phone call. It was before 1 when I walked out with a beautiful smile. Every single person, including Dr Soto, treated me like I was a longtime family member. This was my very first cosmetic procedure of any type and of course I was a little nervous at first. It didn't take me long to realize I was in very good hands. The confidence is clear in a very friendly way. All hands know what they're doing and all hands are eager to make you comfortable. Can't recommend Dr Soto's office highly enough. My new temporary smile looks better than my old natural one and I believe my permanent look will be even better. Oddly I am looking forward to my next visit to the dentist LOL.

Dr. Soto's office has cured me of my fear of the dentist! Due to two very bad previous experiences, I put off needed dental care for years. When my teeth had gotten so bad that I couldn't cope with the pain I searched for a dentist that offered sedation. I found Dr. Soto's office and reluctantly made an appointment. From the first time I waked in their door everyone from the receptionist Jessica, to hygienist Shannon, to Dr. Soto himself made me feel at ease. It took two sedation visits to fix the years of damage, and now I have a smile I am happy to share. The sedation was the easy part, as obviously I was asleep for the procedure. The real challenge for me was in making, and keeping the cleaning appointments. In the first cleaning I had scheduled, my hygienist, Shannon, was able to put me at ease and give me a good cleaning without pain. Thanks to Shannon's expertise and caring I no longer dread going to the dentist.

I’ve been coming to Dr. Soto's office for the last 4 years and this office is by far one of the best dental experiences I’ve had in my life. The office staff are friendly, very professional, and knowledgeable to my specific dental care needs. The customer service with the front office staff are unmatched Jenn (the office manger) always shows compassion and is caring to ensure that I have the best experience possible. As well as Jessica helps with scheduling whether it be a simple cleaning or extensive dental work she always makes sure that I understand what Im going to undergo. I’d highly recommend this location for anyone that is looking for a clean, efficient, competent dental office.

Dr. Soto is an incredible doctor! Words can't describe how amazing he is. He is attentive, honest/trustworthy, caring, compassionate, and very very knowledgable. I’ve been Dr. Soto’s patient for 10+ years. Thank God most of the time, I visit his office just for my cleanings with Shannon. She’s the best! I actually look forward every six months to visit her for my cleaning and a little chat. Very pleasant and professional! While I certainly understand the value of good and consistent dental care, I've always been a little intimidated by the very thought of visiting the dentist. If I'm being completely honest, as with most people, y fear is sriven by the pain I associate with dental visits. My perception changed when I was introduced to Dr. Ernie Soto's office. My experience was 1st class from the moment I walked in the door and was greeted by the staff and my personal favorite, Jennifer! She has a way of making you feel comfortable from the very start. When I learned I needed to have a wisdom tooth extracted, she recognized my fears and changed my life when she introduced me to sedation dentistry. This was for me a game changer! The staff took amazing care of me during my extraction. When I woke up I saw Jennifer's smiling face. Thinking I had simply dozed off, I asked her how long before they were going begin. Jennifer laughed and said they've been done for quite some time! I could hardly believe it and I highly recommend it!
Walter has been going to Dr Soto now for more than 3 years. He and his staff are the epitome of professionalism. Jennifer in the front office always has a smile for you and the hygienists (Shannon) are all awesome. The EMTs are very knowledgeable and capable but most of all, the staff gets my dry sense of humor. Dr Soto personalizes my visits by always remembering things we discussed in the past. This is not your everyday dentistry, here it feels like family.

An ethical dentist, you can always count on a honest opinion whether you like it or not. I used to dread getting my teeth cleaned until I met SHANNON. Dr. Soto did my friends entire mouth in 2003, that's how i came to meet Doc !!! He had to pull every tooth and put in a full set of dentures using the implant method. I twas time consuming to say the least. he dental work that Doc did was beyond fabulous for my friend. And low and behold as soon as Doc finished, my friend met the most wonderful woman imaginable. I attribute that to the great smile my friend finally had after living on this Planet for 42 years. And since I needed cosmetic dental work, naturally I drove from South Beach to Plantation because i wanted the best of the best....Doc Ernie Soto of course......true story !!!!

Top Notch! I went through the process of a complete mouth restoration under Dr Soto's care about 5 years ago and continue to be cared for today with cleanings or whatever else is necessary. I have used the services of at least a half dozen different dentists during the course of my life and I have to say that Dr. Ernie Soto’s office has the most professional and friendly staff. Anyway I wanted to say that Dr Ernie Soto and his staff are very kind, especially Jen. But remember, ALL the staff are top notch, including Ernie Soto himself. He always makes your teeth perfect, proving he is good at his job. For the one or two people who said he “overprices” you, you have to remember that he does serious and major procedures AND sedation. Trust me, the prices are where they should be. Also, He sends edible arrangements to the people he does major procedures on. Definitely would recommend Dr. Soto to anyone. :)
I was lucky enough to find Dr Soto 7 years ago on 1800 dentist. It was such a blessing!! I walked in bleeding, crying and in severe pain. Dr Soto and his team took me in as if I was one of their own. They even called and checked on me after my procedure. I have always been treated with kindess. They are always professional; Jenn in the front desk and Jenny in the back have always been so helpful each and everytime I have gone in. I have referred several people and they all come back to me and say what a great experience they had even though they were "scared" of the dentist. Thier office is always clean and well managed. Dr. Soto and his team will forever be my dentist.

I can't tell you how please I am with Dr Ernie Soto and his staff. I relocated to Florida back in 2003. I struggled to find a dentist that wasn't a scam artist for many years. I started going to Dr Soto when I lived in Cooper City. I now live in Boca and still travel all the way to his office because of my distrust of the many S FL dentists. Jennifer has been great with handling billing and managing the turn over after Dr Soto took over the office from the previous owner. Shannon is a fabulous hygienist and extremely personable. Overall I am very happy with all of the staff that I have dealt with and would refer this office to anyone.

I have been alive for 41 years and hated dentists for a solid 36 years of that time. Finding dr Soto has changed going to the dentist for me. He is an amazing dentist and his staff is second to none. From the techs to the hygienists and office staff everyone is caring, friendly, and fun! I now look forward to going in and seeing his staff they make me feel welcome and have been accommodating not only during routine visits but emergencies as well. This will be my dentist for the next 41 years and hopefully longer. His staff should be commended for their easy going and friendly bedside manner always making me feel comfortable during some very uncomfortable situations. Soto is the best dentist ever, he's kind, he's careful he's gentle he's concerned about all of your problems and your pains, he does the best work that I've ever seen. that I've ever had done I'll never go anywhere else especially with sedation, I'm terrified of any dentist. before sedation I would shy away from dentist but since sedation no problems, won't do it without but even if I didn't have sedation I would still go see doctor Soto and no one else and with the wait staff you have upfront, especially Jennifer, Jennifer's always there, always with a smile on her face always willing to help always ready to help always answering the silly questions, always making sure I'm comfortable, and my paperwork is ready for me to sign always doing all the insurance paperwork, if I have any questions I call, she's ready to answer, not a problem she's the best. together they're perfect team I'll never go anywhere else.

My husband and I have been going to Dr Soto's office for more 8 years now and there is no way I would switch! We even pay out of pocket to see them because he doesn't take my insurance but Jenn (she's the best!) in the office has always been amazing to help keep my cost down! I love that if I need to get in they always go above and beyond to get me in even when they are slammed! I have 2 crowns who have been loose and I call and they get me right in to fix it!! There's not enough time in the day to continue raving about this office but if you are looking for a dentist (and staff) who make you feel like you are the most important person to them... then look no more! Love my dentist and his staff, from the moment you walk in and was greeted from Jen at the front desk all the way threw the back where your being helped by Jenny and other staff it’s a relief to feel at home.
I have been going to Dr Soto for 10 Year’s and he is really great and has taken care of all my dental needs. Jen at the desk is wonderful as well. She helps in any way she can with anything! This practice is very professional and makes going to the dentist a breeze.
I'm the biggest baby when it comes to the dentist and have never feared Dr Soto I've had a lot of dental work done this past 6 months and all with no pain he's the best and those girls in his office are great everyone is friendly.

Dr. Soto is very professional yet non-assuming. His approach to dentistry seems to be one of the patient comes first. He routinely checked on me to be sure I was comfortable and he explained what was going on throughout the procedure. I am a person who had a very bad experience with a dentist in the past. Because of neglect on my part I needed a lot of work, which to me was very painful. The thought of going through that again frightened me. However, Dr.Soto put me at ease and let me know what to expect from the beginning to the end. I would highly recommend his services to anyone.
Dr Soto and his staff, hands down the best dentist office I have ever been to. The ladies at the front desk are so attentive, the dentist assistants are super friendly and gentle, and Dr Soto, what a great guy, he is patient and made me feel at ease!!! I have been to this office of professionals many times in the last 10 years (15 times). The staff is of all high regard in every step of the way. Every one is professional, competent, knowledgeable, gentle, patient and FRIENDLY. OF COURSE, I would never forget Dr. Ernie Soto. He is the best specialist I have ever been to in my life! I have seriously never been to better doctor! I have always been afraid of the dentist, but I needed a tooth pulled. At the recommendation of a friend, I drove from Wellington, FL to Plantation, FL... about an hour drive each way. Let me tell you... it was worth the drive, time and money! Everyone from Dr. Soto to Jenn at the front desk to the hygienists are awesome!

Dr. Soto is awesome! Got my wisdom teeth removed and I was terrified... literally asked the doctor whether or not I was going to die before my procedure. Woke up a couple of hours later feeling amazing and without any pain. The office members are fantastic, I've never had to wait in the waiting room for my appointment. It was such a great experience throughout! First dentist I do not dread to visit!

5 stars I am one of those people who are terrified of even the thought of going to the dentist .Dr. Soto met with me several times to review the procedure to answer any questions and make me feel at ease . His entire staff was very patient with me with all my concerns and assured me on the day of the procedure they would all be there for me . Jen in the front office was amazing she went over and beyond to make me feel comfortable . I had my procedure with sedation and woke up with little to no pain it was amazing . Dr Soto is the best!! This is coming from a patient who could not even sit for an exam I was so nervous .Dr Soto and his entire staff are the true epitome for compassion . I recommended them with all the stars in the world. I cannot thank them enough . Dr Soto has a forever client with me !

It's rare I review a place and give it 5 stars. The staff and doctors there are top notch and very kind people. I hate going to the dentist. Let's face it, who likes It? This place will make you feel comfortable even to the most nervous patients, such as myself. I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone.
I Got 4 wisdom teeth removed and no mouth pain after! Since I was young I've hated the dentist but recently I had to get my wisdom teeth pulled and a family member told me a about Dr. Soto, I went to his office to see what he recommended about removing my teeth. He was very nice, down to earth and had a great staff around him! The office was a good vibe, chill and relaxing not like your average dentist office. If you need any work done to your mouth or even a cleaning I would 100% recommend checking them out.
Dr. Soto is a great dentist. He is extremely knowledgeable and one of only a few specialists in the State who is qualified to administer IV sedation. The best part he genuinely cares about his patients and his staff is fantastic too. I would highly recommend his office.
Excellent experience. Staff was so friendly and took time to answer all my questions. They don't make you feel rushed. Dr. Soto is professional yet very personable. The hygienist was able to clean my teeth without causing any pain (now that's important). I definitely recommend them.
I called to schedule an appointment for the first time at this office and was seen the same day by Dr. Soto. Everyone in the office was friendly, helpful and professional! Theres nothing Dr. Soto can’t do! Whether I need a filling, cleaning, root canal, tooth pulled, implant, IV Sedation/anesthesia, cosmetic procedure or whitening procedure Dr. Soto does it all & I’ve had it all! I take good care of my teeth, I’m just unlucky in that area. I haven’t had gum problems yet, but Dr. Soto also specializes in all oral care including orthodontics. No more going to a different type of dentist for different procedures & best of all it can all be pain free! I have been a patient for over ten years and love how the office treats me and their other patients. Long delayed, extensive work was not easy, but the whole staff of the office was exceptionally capable, friendly and worked well together.
I have been seeing Dr. Soto for major dental work which has involved approximately 10 visits over the past several months. During this time, I have found him to be gentle, caring, and very easy to talk to. He is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the various dental procedures that are involved. His staff is courteous and friendly. I am extremely satisfied and highly recommend Dr. Soto and his team.
Dr Soto and his whole staff are simply the best. I wish I could single one person out but everyone that I have come into contact with has been patient, nice, helpful and very knowledgeable. I had a 4 hour surgery and had countless things done (root canals, bridges, extractions) but have experienced no pain since the surgery. I can't thank everyone enough for helping me.
